Referring to OCW-MIT

• 40 million entries to OCW-MIT from 31 million visitors from almost every country in the world. An average of over one million entries per month. Yearly increase of 56%.
• 80% of visitors consider the impact of OCW-MIT to be positive or very positive.
• 75% of MIT tutors have published their course material.
• 96% of tutors consider that OCW-MIT has helped or will help to improve their courses.
• The profile of visitors is spread at 16% tutors, 32% students, 49% self-educating students and 3% others.

Referring to OCW Consortium

• Covers 120 educational institutions and 14 organisations from over 20 countries.
• 250 courses have been translated into other languages, 90 into Spanish.
• There are over 80 OCW sites in different locations around the world.
